My focus has been in the digital space – working with marketing, merchandising, technology, production and UX teams to deliver the most exciting, creative and customer focused content and experiences.
Over the past 2 years as Senior Creative Director at Old Navy I oversaw seasonal brand campaigns generating thousands of digital assets in the digital marketing space. Our June 2021 campaign generated our first 1 billion dollar month in Old Navy history.
As Vice President Creative Director at White House Black Market I oversaw all omni-channel assets leading 360-degree campaigns and a 22-person creative marketing team, and in first 3 months generating a growth in sales of +10% with online traffic +3%
From 2011 to 2016 As Operating Vice President, Creative Director of HSN, I was in charge of the imagery for the visual rebranding of the company, from its architectural studio redesign to its fashion advertising and celebrity photography, achieving a 21% increase in sales every year with digital penetration exceeding plan and outpacing the TV network in sales.
* I held the position of President and Creative Director for Maxwell Creative, an agency whose client roster drops names such as Ralph Lauren, Latin Vogue and Burberry USA and at renowned retail establishments including Nordstrom, Macy’s, Barney's, Bergdorf-Goodman, Banana Republic, J Crew, Talbots, Saks Fifth Avenue and Target amongst many others.
* I am a graduate with a B.F.A. from the Tyler School of Art, both in Philadelphia and in Rome Italy. My Art Director/Creative Director list of awards includes the Art Directors Club Award, The International Design “Best of” award, The John Caples Award for outstanding Art Direction, and a Gold Award, from Catalogue Age for my work on Warner Brothers.
